How to use it: 

• Acquire your Kuripe/Kuripi
• Then put something of your choice some rapé inside your hand and with the long part of your Kuripe take half the amount of rapé you have in your hand. 
• Then take a couple of deep breaths and then whether to inhale or exhale.
• Put the short part of the Kuripe in your mouth and the long side inside one of the nostrils. 
• And blow soft but deep. 
• And then repeat the same process for the other nostril. The idea is to feel up to the nape of your neck and behind your ears.
