Shipping policy

Express Shipping:

We do not offer express shipping. We encourage you to consider the broader philosophy behind these medicines—not just their use, but the wisdom and traditions they carry. Our mission is to share not only the plants themselves but also the deeper knowledge that sustains them - this knowledge is of a much slower way of life.

Domestic Shipping:

For UK orders, we use Royal Mail 1st Class Signed which takes 1-3 business days to deliver after the shipment date. We will email you the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 2 business days to process your order and expect your package in 3-7 business days.

International Shipping:

International Postage takes approximately 3-7 business days. Please know that shipments outside the UK may be subject to import charges, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Depending on your country Root of the Gods ships your without VAT and with an option of duties and taxes to be prepaid, however we cannot fully predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid in order for your package to clear customs.

USA Shipping Announcement!

We use Evri for all of our orders that are shipped to the USA. Evri will email you directly to take payment for any taxes due. Please keep an eye out for this email. If no payment is received, the package will unfortunately be returned back to us.
