Sweatlodge: 42 Acres Community Temazcal Sweatlodge
25th May
A morning of cleansing and purification, as we enter the womb of mother earth together.
Join us for a morning of restoration with an authentic Mexican Temazcal.
A type of Sweatlodge, a Temazcal is a purification ceremony; especially beneficial for your immune system, revitalising life force & balancing mind, body & spirit. As a key part of indigenous medicine, it has been used widely for thousands of years for the treatment & prevention of health conditions. The dome itself represents the ‘Womb of the Earth’ as its energy is distinctly nurturing, bringing us closer to our Mother Earth.
