Sauna: Mexican Cacao Bath with Ceremonial Drumming at &Soul

Through cacao body scrubs and ceremonial drumming in the sauna, we return to the body, the breath, and the collective heart.
In the fire and steam, as our ancestors once did, we cleanse, pray, and sing - not to perform, but to remember and enter into a collective echo of hearing and sending each others prayers all together.
Cacao becomes a medicine for the skin and spirit, opening our pores and our hearts.
Everyone is part of the circle, drumming, singing, and weaving themselves back into the living memory of life.

Living fully in his life purpose of being of service to humanity. Ahau is a great teacher with a humble heart, his lessons and words valued by many communities across Mexico.
Robyn Leonie is an Explorer, Creator & Facilitator. Dedicating her life to bridging the gap between ancient wisdom and modern life. Robyn has traveled the world studying the roots of our cultures and learning how they guide our human experience.
As part of the McKenna Academy team & trained in Psychedelic Integration by ICEERS - Robyn embodies a bridge between the ancient and modern life.
