How to use:

Get your cacao.

Depending on what type it is, you have to prepare it in different ways. Toast, remove the skin, grind or just put in hot water and stir.

You can eat it directly by pieces or spoonfuls in your mouth, it can be with honey, oatmeal or any other food of your choice.

You can drink it by breaking up the lumps of the paste and powder in hot water.

For your daily life it is recommended, 20gr - 30gr common dose.
