What is a Sweatlodge?
A Temazcal is an ancient purification ceremony and key part of Mexican traditional medicine, representing the ‘Womb of the Earth,’ offering nurturing energy that connects us to ourselves and Mother Earth.
This ceremony is conducted using herbal steam, drumming, song, guided breath and deep introspection, with respect for native roots whilst bridging them to heal the modern heart and mind.
